RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

At JayMANE Hair BOUTIQUE, we stand behind the quality of our premium hair extensions. Please review our return policy carefully before making your purchase.

Eligibility for Returns

  • Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery
  • Hair must be unopened, unused, and in original packaging with all tags attached
  • Once hair has been opened, installed, or altered in any way, it cannot be returned for hygienic reasons
  • Custom-colored or custom-ordered items are final sale and non-returnable

Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened packages or bundles
  • Hair that has been installed, cut, colored, or chemically processed
  • Clearance or sale items (unless defective)
  • Items without original packaging or tags

Defective or Damaged Items

If you receive defective or damaged hair, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Photos of the product and packaging
  • Your order number
  • Description of the issue

We will provide a prepaid return label and offer a replacement or full refund.

Return Process

Refund Method

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

Exchanges

We offer exchanges for different lengths or textures if the hair is unopened and in original condition. Contact us to arrange an exchange.
